Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DuahCORE OS ("DuahCORE," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual, business, or organization ("Client," "you," or "your") that engages our services, accesses our website at duahcore.com, or uses any tool, platform, or system we provide.

By working with us; whether through a signed agreement, a verbal commitment, an online purchase, or a handshake; you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.

The Services We Provide

DuahCORE OS is an AI-powered business growth platform. We help businesses launch, rank, and generate consistent customers through our marketing systems. Our six core services include:

Each engagement is scoped based on your business goals, market, and service selection. The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of any project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.

DuahCORE reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service offering at any time. We will always communicate changes that directly affect active client engagements with reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

A great outcome requires collaboration. When you work with DuahCORE OS, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business, industry, and goals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may affect the quality of your results and does not entitle you to a refund or revision.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the accounts, platforms, and credentials required for us to deliver your services — including your website, Google Business Profile, and social media accounts. Delays caused by inaccessible accounts or unresponsive clients may affect project timelines without adjustment to agreed fees.

You also agree not to use any DuahCORE tool, system, or platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or any activity that violates the terms of third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, or any advertising network.

Payments & Fees

All fees for DuahCORE services are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be communicated clearly before any work begins. Work does not commence until an initial payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes discovery sessions, audits, strategy work, design, development, and any setup or onboarding activities. If a project is paused or cancelled by the client after work has begun, DuahCORE reserves the right to retain all fees paid up to that point.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, frameworks, tools, systems, templates, and methodologies developed by DuahCORE OS remain the intellectual property of DuahCORE OS, regardless of whether they were created in connection with your project. This includes our proprietary Corelia AI SEO system, internal processes, and software tools.

Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your business; including your website design, logo, written content, and brand assets unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

You grant DuahCORE OS permission to reference your business, use your logo, and display project outcomes in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to engagement.

Results & Performance

DuahCORE OS applies proven AI-powered strategies, industry best practices, and real market data to every client engagement. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of leads, a particular search ranking position, or a fixed revenue increase.

Digital marketing results are influenced by factors outside our control — including algorithm updates, market competition, client responsiveness, budget levels, and local market conditions. What we guarantee is the quality, integrity, and dedication of our work on your behalf.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. The required notice period will be outlined in your individual service agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required from either party.

DuahCORE OS reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without refund if a client engages in abusive behavior toward our team, violates third-party platform terms, provides fraudulent information, or breaches any material term of this agreement.

Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. Access to DuahCORE-managed platforms, tools, and systems will be transitioned back to the client in an orderly manner upon receipt of final payment.

Limitation of Liability

DuahCORE OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption; even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by that client to DuahCORE OS in the three months preceding the claim. We carry professional liability and take our responsibilities seriously — but we cannot be held accountable for outcomes driven by forces beyond our control.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your engagement with DuahCORE OS will be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

DuahCORE OS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
